Information we collect
We may collect name, mobile number, email, business details, city, state, purchase information and support interactions submitted by the customer.
How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, recommend products, process payments, issue invoices, deliver and activate software, and provide permitted support.
Payment information
Payments are processed through the payment provider. oRRbit does not ask customers to share card PINs, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords with the Sales team.
Service providers
Necessary payment, communication, analytics, hosting and support providers may process limited information for delivering the requested service.
Data security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as required for service, accounting, legal and support purposes.
