Digital software product
oRRbit software is a digital product. Customers should review the product video, screenshots, features, system requirements, price, licence and support terms before payment.
Before delivery or activation
Any cancellation request made before download, delivery, installation or activation will be reviewed according to the product-specific written terms and payment status.
After delivery or activation
Cancellation or refund may not be available after the software, licence key, download access, installation or activation has been delivered, where stated in the applicable product terms.
Payment failure or duplicate payment
For a failed, pending or duplicate transaction, contact Sales with the payment reference. Verified duplicate collections will be handled according to the payment provider and applicable banking timelines.
EMI transactions
EMI cancellation, interest, foreclosure and refund handling are subject to the issuing bank or payment provider rules. Instant refunds may not be available for certain EMI or Pay Later transactions.
